We get wildly excited when an opportunity to cater a wedding in Sedona presents itself to us.  Our team drove up to Sedona for Celine and Avery’s beautiful wedding smack dab in an apple orchard and what could be more perfect!

The weather was sunny and delightful and the grounds extraordinary.  We set up our signature grazing table for cocktail hour and made sure to include apples on our cheese tower to represent the venue.  The bride was very generous and offered us lots of beautiful greenery to use on our grazing table which made it look stunning.

Dinner service was all about the pizza!  We created 3 flavors of pizza including a B&G specialty pizza for guests to enjoy along with a mixed green salad and bread sticks.  We made the pizza fresh on site for our guests and they loved it. 

When couples select outdoor venues it seems like everyone is more relaxed and the pace is slower so friends and family really get to spend quality time together.  There was definitely much love in the air and so many smiling faces. 

We love bringing our mobile kitchens to beautiful outdoor destinations and celebrating love and joy with clients.

Serving brunch the day after the wedding for family and close friends is a beautiful way to send off guests especially if they have traveled a distance to be with you.  It is a great way to say your final farewells while also reminiscing about your wedding weekend and who doesn’t love brunch! 

You can set up a water station and/or coffee and mimosa bar and if there is any wedding cake leftover this is a perfect way to display it again and enjoy.

Pancakes and fritattas are always a crowd favorite.  We have vegan/gf/sugar free options.  We made gf/sugar free blueberry muffins for this brunch and decorated our frittata to make it more interesting on the brunch table.  Our clients also requested croissant sandwiches so we made two flavors.

We always enjoy watching guests re-tell stories from the wedding with lots of smiles and laughter filling the room.  It’s a perfect way to end your fairytale wedding weekend.

After The Wedding Brunch

Since most of our clients select outdoor venues and the temps are heating up we are getting requests  for water stations.  It’s always nice to set up a water station at the ceremony entrance especially on sunny days to keep guests hydrated.  We can have fun creating the perfect flavor and we recommend selecting one fruit combination and one herbal combination.

We are also getting requests for ceviche. We prepare a white fish and shrimp option in a grab and go cup that guests love!  It’s a nice way to uplevel your appetizer station.

Another warm weather appetizer option is a shrimp spring roll in rice paper with a peanut dipping sauce.  We can make them veggie for your gf/vegan guests as well.  They are so delicious and refreshing and sure to be a hit on your appetizer station.
