Strawberry wedding
We had so much fun working with Erin + Trent on their wedding in Strawberry. They rented out the entire venue for 4 days so their guests could be together and enjoy spending time with each other and relax.
The venue has 14 cabins sitting in the beautiful pines of Strawberry, AZ as well as a beautiful grass area and a lit pavilion.
We set up a grazing table for guests to snack while Erin + Trent and family were getting photos taken.
For the reception dinner we set up a pasta bar where chef was on-site cooking up the pasta and sauces fresh for all of our guests. We set up a topping bar so guests could create their own unique dishes and we had a beautiful salad (with strawberries) and breadsticks. The guests were so happy and loved the food!
FOUNTAIN HILLS WEDDING
When Nikki called me from her home on the east coast asking if I could create her dream menu for her upcoming intimate wedding I said YES!
She was frustrated after talking to several caterers that didn't understand her vision so I was wildly ecstatic to work with a client that had a vision for her menu and shared my love of food.
The final menu consisted of 6 gourmet small bites, 6 passed appetizers and a late night tacos and churros.
The venue was a gorgeous VRBO in Fountain Hills and the crowd was intimate and ready to celebrate!
The entire vendor team that worked on this wedding and the bride all became friends and continue to keep in touch. How awesome is that!
Wine Tasting Bridal Shower
When we found out that the bride-to-be was from California and loved wine we jumped on the chance to to cater a wine pairing menu for her bridal shower luncheon.
We used our food truck as the mobile kitchen so we could cook on-site for our clients and it added another level of pizzaz to the party.
We started off with a grazing table filled with assorted imported meats and cheeses, artisan bread, pickled veggies, cornichons, dips and jams and panini's.
We paired 3 gourmet light bites with her favorite wine and guests were so happy! Needless to say everyone was pleasantly satiated and feeling happy!
Naughty Santa Party
When our wedding planner friends asked me if I would be open to catering an adult holiday party I couldn't resist! A naughty Santa party is really a thing?
We set up a beautiful grazing table that took up every surface in the kitchen decorated with holiday decor and a huge bounty of food including meats, cheeses, carved roast beef, empanadas, grilled veggies, antipasta skewers and Gougeres.
We also served passed small bites for guests that were enjoying the pole dancing and other activities and didn't want to move.
We set up a mini kitchen in their garage and made all of the food fresh on site. This was a holiday party that we will always remember.
Tikki Party in Palmcrof
We wanted to create a fun-filled theme for a housewarming party in the funky Palmcroft district, so Tiki it was!
We set up a grazing table on a beautiful wood table outside with pupu platters filled with crab rangoon, barbecued spare ribs, wontons and more. We set a big buddah on the table with lanterns and palm fronds to create the vibe.
Our bartender was pouring Zombie's, Scorpions and Mai Tai's for the more adventurous guests behind a custom teak bar.
This was an amplified party and perfect for celebrating Ron and Rob's new home.
pinetop wedding
We took our first trip to The Gathering Place in Pinetop, AZ to cater a wedding and fell in love with the property.
There are not many caterers in the town so this couple asked us if we would make the 3 h our journey up to the mountains. It is so hot in the valley that we welcomed the chance to get out of the heat and do what we love! Our team spent the night in a hotel because it was too far to drive home after the event.
This couple wanted a beautiful grazing table for cocktail hour and a taco bar for the reception dinner. We brought our mobile kitchen so we were self-contained and cooked fresh for our guests.
Kyler and JP were not big fans of wedding cake but they loved churros so we made them a churro wedding cake! After the photo op we brought the churro cake to the churro bar for everyone to enjoy along with the other churros and toppings.
It was a beautiful night in the pines.
