The process
I'm gregarious and curious and truly interested in my clients. We will get to know each other and become friends. I curate unique dining experiences that truly represent each client so each menu is original. I ask lots of questions and give you many options which seems like a bit of work in the beginning but we have so much fun!

We have mobile kitchens and pizza ovens as well as food trucks and trailers. We are self-contained and love nature inspired events.
