Celine and Avery selected a stunning venue set in an apple orchard. We love nature inspired events and we love Sedona so this was perfect for our team. We set up a stunning grazing table with charcuterie and artisan bread, dips, fruit and a cheese tower. Our clients gave us all of the leftover greenery from the ceremony arch to use on the table. We prepped the entire grazing table on site so the food was all super fresh and we coordinated to fit in with the natural scenery meaning we incorporated apples into the menu. The large wood farm table was the perfect match for our graze and adding the florals really made it spectacular! Guests were ecstatic.
With so much yummy food to keep their guests busy with the adorable couple had time to get photos and to enjoy some appetizers themselves.
We brought up are wood fired pizza oven to make guests fresh pizza for dinner service. We also set up salad and breadsticks on the pizza station. We created a custom pizza for the bride and groom which was basically their favorite flavor combination in addition to 2 other flavors and guests could sample the ones they wanted. The smell of the pizza oven wafted through the orchard making guests eager for their turn in line.
The venue houses cabins on property which guests stayed in over the weekend. We left all leftovers with them before we left and I suspect they enjoyed some late night snacking.
Veda and Andy rented a huge home in Fountain Hills for their intimate wedding and since we are a preferred vendor at that property they were given my name to call. From our first conversation we connected and I knew we would be catering their wedding. Veda and Andy wanted a very intimate and casual wedding with only family and close friends so this huge home was perfect!
We set up a grazing table inside the home with all of the windows and doors open so guests could see the stunning views. We served crudité and honey glazed chicken skewers and assorted crackers and cheeses to go along with the wine and beer they served. The chicken skewers were a special request from the couple and they enjoyed munching on them in between photos.
We brought our wood fired pizza oven and set up a pizza station with salad and breadsticks for dinner service. The guests loved the variety of pizza flavors and the opportunity to sample all three of them. We loved getting to chat with guests which rarely happens at large gatherings. This was a very special evening for the bride and groom, all of the guests and our team.
Serving brunch the day after the wedding for family and close friends is a beautiful way to send off guests especially if they have traveled a distance to be with you. It is a great way to say your final farewells while also reminiscing about your wedding weekend and who doesn’t love brunch!
You can set up a water station and/or coffee and mimosa bar and if there is any wedding cake leftover this is a perfect way to display it again and enjoy.
Pancakes and frittatas are always a crowd favorite. We have vegan/gf/sugar free options. We made gf/sugar free blueberry muffins for this brunch and decorated our frittata to make it more interesting on the brunch table. Our clients also requested croissant sandwiches so we made two flavors.
We always enjoy watching guests re-tell stories from the wedding with lots of smiles and laughter filling the room. It’s a perfect way to end your fairytale wedding weekend
